Our assistance call systems have found their ways into many different health care facilities. From hospitals, through facilities for disabled people to different kinds of houses for the elderly and (semi-) assisted living. Particularly in the latter case, we have often integrated data, speech and video into one system.

All our systems are made to order, based on customer specific requirements. For each case, we assess what the functionality of the systems and its devices should be. Since both are freely programmable, we will tailor the system to your needs.

Our call units support speech. Therefore, we can easily implement functionalities such as acoustic surveillance, front door bells, communication with a central doorbell system, voice evacuation systems, and central intercom, with little to none additional investments in hardware.

For outgoing messages (text, voice or video), we are not limited to any device or infrastructure. Patient or resident calls can be transferred to any communication device of your choice, such as pagers, wireless phones (DECT), GSM, PDA's or VoIP telephones.
